1. No Returns

Due to the nature of our products, including perfumes, room sprays, and fragrance items, we do not accept returns once an order has been processed or delivered.

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all sales are considered final.

2. No Refunds

BYLIYA does not offer refunds for completed purchases, delivered products, or change-of-mind requests.

Refund requests will not be accepted except where required under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

3. Exchange Requests

Although we generally do not offer exchanges, we may consider exchange requests within 24 hours of placing the order.

Exchange approvals are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

To be eligible for consideration:

  • The request must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • The order must not have been used, opened, or damaged.
  • Products must remain in their original condition and packaging.
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability and approval by BYLIYA.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect order

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and order details.

Our team will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance where applicable.

5. Cancellation Requests

Orders may only be cancelled before processing or shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Promotional or discounted items
  • Gift cards or complimentary products

7. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error from BYLIYA.

Additional delivery fees may apply for approved exchange requests.
